Vikki Stark, an author and family therapist from Montréal will read from her book entitled My Sister, My Self: Understanding the Sibling Relationship that Shapes Our Lives, Our Loves and Ourselves on October 22nd at Porter Square Books at 25 White Street in Cambridge at 3pm.
My Sister, My Self is based on interviews and email questionnaires that Ms. Stark received from 400 women, teens and girls worldwide. It explores how having grown up as an older, younger, middle or twin sister makes an indelible imprint on a woman's identity, one that affects all her subsequent relationships.
