The ceremony for the re-opening of the Maxwell Library second floor took place on Wednesday, October 4, 2006, at 3 pm. President Dana Mohler-Faria presided over the ceremony. Director Michael Somers presented a memory book recording the three-month transition of the second floor renovation taking place in this summer. A ribbon-cutting ceremony was joined by President Mohler-Faria, Board Trustee Chairman, Ricciardi, Provost Kleniewski, and Director Somers at the end of the celebration.
