Meet Our Library Staff

My name is Dawn Gross, and I am the Electronic Resources Librarian at Maxwell Library. I am responsible for ensuring that the library’s electronic resources are discoverable. This means that I spend much of my time wrangling pesky vendor systems and troubleshooting access issues. My research focuses on intentional leadership development and mentoring. Outside of the library, I love riding my bike, watching my grandchildren play softball, baseball, and basketball or, … no surprise here, reading.

Did You Know?
If we don't have the library material you're looking for (such as a book or article), we can often get it from another library! Interlibrary Loan and the Commonwealth Catalog are available to students, faculty, and staff. We can borrow books, DVDs, and other materials from Massachusetts libraries through the Commonwealth Catalog, and request books and articles through Interlibrary Loan.
