Unlearning Racism (4-Part Workshop Series)
This 4-session workshop series provides 8 hours to participants. As a result of the training, participants have increased knowledge regarding their own intersecting positionalities and the ways cultural socialization and dynamics result in privilege or oppression; increased knowledge regarding individual, institutional and systemic racism; enhanced skills in intervening in incidents of implicit and explicit racism at the interpersonal level using a variety of effective and situation-appropriate techniques.
