Print

Library printers are located on the first floor in the Print/Scan area.

• BSU Student Printing:
  • WEPA (Wireless Everywhere Print Anywhere) Cloud Printing
    • There are two color printers on the first floor. WEPA printing is available to enrolled BSU students only.
• Faculty, staff, and guests have access to a Konica Minolta (queue name: LIB-INFOcolor)

Scan

A ScannX overhead scanner is available on the first floor in the Print/Scan area.

• You can send scans directly to your email or smartphone, upload them to Google Drive, or print them at a WEPA kiosk.
• The scanner can often recognize and create machine readable text, but searchable PDFs and Word documents are not automatically WCAG 2.0 compliant. They may require manual remediation, such as adding tags and metadata, to meet accessibility standards. You can also save scans as non-searchable PDFs, JPEGs, or PNGs.
