Primary source documents are original materials. In the health fields studies or research projects are generally included. 

A primary source generally includes the: individuals or organizations that conducted the research (the researchers), the background, hypothesis, or what was studied, and the  purpose, methods, and results.

Including study or report in your search terms may help narrow your search.
