Two Bloomberg Terminals are located on the 2nd floor (on the counter behind the Study Rooms). Access and usage of the Bloomberg Terminals is restricted to students registered in the Ricciardi College of Business and students enrolled in actuarial science courses.

Computer equipment is available for current BSU administrators, faculty, staff, and students, on a first-come, first-serve basis. Different types of equipment have different loan periods; however, all equipment types can be renewed only once.

Information Technology has partnered with the Library to offer a Chromebook Loaner Program. This program enables faculty (full-time and part-time) to borrow a Chromebook laptop for the full semester. The Chromebook provides faculty with the ability to access Windows Virtual Desktop (w/SPSS, Microsoft Office Suite, and most computer lab applications) the Chrome web browser, Blackboard, and Office 365 from anywhere on or off-campus. One Week Loan for the following items
Maxwell Library has equipped room L113 as a recording studio to provide university students, faculty and staff with access to easy-to-use video recording and podcasting equipment.
The room can be checked out for one hour at the Circulation Desk or reserved (up to 14 days in advance) using the online One-Button Studio Reservation system.
