
University Archives represents the rich history at Bridgewater State University, dating back to its founding in 1840. This collection includes materials from: student newspapers, student scrapbooks, university publications, photographs, yearbooks, course catalogs, alumni listings, student records, and a number of other resources that document the life and history of the University.
Special Collections includes material representing Massachusetts, New England, and more. Content includes rare and unique books, ephemera, photographs, and manuscript collections depicting local history, education, significant individuals and organizations.
